The Creative Journey of California Resin Art

At California Resin Art, my inspiration is drawn from the vibrant coastal towns of California, the coastal wildlife, the underwater world of Monterey Bay, the local flavor and beauty of the Salinas Valley and all that Monterey County has to offer.

The origin of my story is one of passion and artistry that transcends boundaries, where my crafts are unique pieces meant for display and use in any household.

Ocean Wave Inspired Pieces - I create beautiful trays and cutting boards on ceramic, bamboo, and wood. Each piece echoes the beauty of the local beaches with sand, shells and ocean waves. Through special techniques I create realistic beach scenes with ocean waves! Customization with the addition of names and/or a date makes an extraordinary gift for someone special!

Photo Trays – I use a wide variety of vibrant photos to create beautiful trays made of wood, bamboo or ceramic. These trays have a photo preserved forever under layers of clear epoxy resin.

All of my pieces - I offer different sizes to choose from making them just right for diverse uses around the house.  Using food-safe resin, the trays can be displayed or used for serving sushi, cheese and crackers, fruit or desserts. The smaller trays are useful as keepsake vanity trays or bedside trays for cell phones and jewelry.

Customization - Any of my pieces can be custom made for any occasion such as weddings, birthdays, celebrating a new baby, capturing a business photo and logo, or even for sports teams and trophy trays! Customers can supply their own photo to be preserved forever under layers of resin as a keepsake.
